Taso Pardalis is a founding partner at Pardalis & Nohavicka LLP, a New York City–based full service law firm with a national presence. Taso focuses his practice on corporate transactions, commercial litigation, intellectual property, representing entrepreneurs, athletes and celebrity owned businesses in a wide range of industries. He is admitted to practice and has handled matters before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States
In addition to founding Pardalis & Nohavicka, Taso currently serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Ante, Inc. a family office with holdings in the United States and Greece. In this role, he oversees corporate governance, endorsements, private equity investments, and litigation strategy across multiple jurisdictions. In 2024 alone Taso oversaw over 300+ Million in contracts.
Taso is also a professor of sports and business law at the Roc Nation School of Music, Sports & Entertainment, where he teaches graduate-level courses on legal and ethical issues in sports and entertainment, preparing the next generation of leaders at the intersection of law, business, and sports and entertainment culture.
Deeply devoted to the Hellenic community, Taso proudly serves as Vice Chairman of the Hellenic American Leadership Council (HALC), where he works to advance Hellenic and Orthodox issues on a national level. He is a former Executive Vice President of the Hellenic American Chamber of Commerce, and he also supports children and families through his work with Ronald McDonald House New York. In addition, Taso is a proud member of Leadership 100, reflecting his commitment to advancing Orthodoxy and Hellenism in America.
Taso with his wife, Maria A. Pardalis have three children — Konstantine (14), Andriana (11), and Chloe (8). He credits his family, his Hellenic heritage, and his community for inspiring his work and guiding his values.
