Tina Manikas is a pioneering marketing and commerce leader known for building global brands–and the high-performing teams behind them. As Global Head of Connected Commerce across Omnicom Commerce agencies–and previously President of Tracy-Locke–she leads cross-functional teams that fuse creativity with data, AI, media, social, and commerce to unlock brand and sales growth. Earlier, as CEO & President of FCB/RED, she founded and scaled the agency to a #1 ranking in shopper marketing; before that, as Chief Global Retail Officer at Draft Worldwide, she helped establish the modern shopper/commerce discipline.
Guided by her belief that creativity is an economic multiplier, Tina has driven impact for Burger King, PepsiCo, AB InBev, Mars, P&G, LEGO, Kellanova, Coca-Cola, GSK, NIVEA, Jack Daniel’s, Xfinity, Yum! Brands, and Walmart. Under her leadership, teams have earned EFFIE Awards for 15 consecutive years and have also been recognized by Cannes Lions, WARC, ANA, and Amazon Ads. Named Advertising Woman of the Year by the Chicago Advertising Federation and the City of Chicago, she has served as Jury President at the Cannes Lions and Spikes Asia festivals and is a sought-after speaker on industry trends. Proud of her community and Hellenic heritage, Tina serves on boards including Off The Street Club and Chicago Foundation for Women, and has led marketing for the PanHellenic Scholarship Foundation and the Pilgrimage of Discovery. She is the mother of three and godmother to ten.
