Clerk Mariyana T. Spyropoulos and the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County celebrated Greek Heritage Month with a ceremony on March 24, 2026, where the Hellenic Bar Association of Illinois, along with individuals of Greek heritage, including several HBA members, were recognized for their leadership and contributions to the community.
Among the individuals presented with the Greek Heritage Month Leadership Awards were HBA members Honorable Tom Sianis, Presiding Judge of the First Municipal Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County and Honorable Anthony Kyriakopoulos, Circuit Judge of the Chancery Division, Mechanics Lien Section of the Circuit Court of Cook County.
