Christophilos (“Chris”) Theodosis is Corporate Counsel at G2, where he advises on commercial transactions, technology, privacy, artificial intelligence, and corporate governance matters. Before joining G2, Chris represented corporate clients in commercial litigation, product liability, and intellectual property matters. Notably, he served on the trial team that secured a $4.5 million jury verdict in a defamation case. Chris graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in the top 27% of his class. He earned a Certificate in Intellectual Property, Dean’s List honors every semester, and CALI Awards in Trial Advocacy II and Sports Law. During law school, he served as Executive Article Editor of the Chicago-Kent Journal of Intellectual Property and authored scholarship examining the intersection of artificial intelligence and consumer-brand interaction. In his free time, Chris enjoys cheering on the Chicago Bears, Bulls, and Cubs.
